Qualifications

• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate contract registration workflows.
• Familiarity with PASSPort, FMS, and related procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff in analysis and preparation of NYCPS contracts for registration.
• Ensures complete and consistent documentation across all contract files.
• Performs complex research on historical contract information in databases.
• Manages submission of contracts for registration with the Comptroller’s Office and PASSPort.
• Provides data-driven reports and updates to leadership.
