This Compliance Director will serve in a role providing direct support to UnitedHealthcare Community & State (C&S) compliance program and health plan compliance priority functions as defined.
If you are local to Nashville, TN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
This role requires developing relationships, analyzing information, recommending process improvements, and influencing stakeholders to increase engagement and results. You will work in a matrixed environment ensuring resources are used effectively to mitigate risks and achieve compliance.

The salary range is $106,800 to $194,200 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors including location, education, experience, and certifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
