Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics seeks an experienced Associate Director / Director, Compliance to lead and operationalize a best-in-class program across the organization, embedding a culture of integrity and accountability.

This role designs policies, training, monitoring, and HCP engagement oversight, partnering with cross-functional teams including commercial, clinical, medical, and operations to embed ethical decision-making in daily business.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in pharmaceutical compliance or compliance operations.
  • Experience building or enhancing pharma compliance programs including policy development and investigations.
  • Experience with HCP engagement programs, FMV processes, and professional services agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with compliance lead to build, refine, and mature a best-in-class program aligned with OIG guidance and Mineralys priorities.
  • Draft, implement, and refresh compliance policies, SOPs, and guidance documents.
  • Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle and communicate updates to personnel.
  • Design, develop, and administer a comprehensive compliance training program.
  • Partner with business to manage HCP engagement program and assess FMV.
  • Evaluate HCP engagements for business need and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement risk-based monitoring across high-risk activities.
  • Support investigations ensuring timely, well-documented outcomes.
  • Lead strategic compliance projects including privacy matters.
