Collaborates with and supports Commercial Unit and business unit leadership teams to define and manage the strategic portfolio of project plans and deliverables aligned to the Commercial Unit strategic plan. In conjunction with the Chief Strategy Officer for the Commercial Unit, facilitates the Cross-Commercial annual budget and strategy planning process. Additional activities may include engaging in other Commercial Strategy and Solutions workstreams, including but not limited to, supporting business development / proposals, managing process improvement initiatives, or Cross-Commercial workstreams, including but not limited to, identifying and supporting potential vendor partnerships that are complementary to Syneos Health’s Commercial business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130k to $170k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
