Based in Morristown, NJ with a hybrid work model, the candidate will coordinate with Commercial Operations, Market Insights, Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure data solutions meet business needs. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Veeva Network, Veeva CRM, master data management, and pharma data.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing and data integration.
• Experience leading vendor oversight and cross-functional collaboration in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Veeva Network/CRM, MDM, and analytics enablement.
• Support customer master data, HCP/HCO data, affiliations, hierarchies, and territory alignment.
• Coordinate work of external data vendors to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
• Oversee data integration and reporting across commercial data sources and platforms.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate analysis while following policies.
