  • Develop and refine omnichannel measurement and orchestration frameworks, and media planning processes.

  • Partner with IT and data vendors to ensure data quality and support data strategy initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.

  • Propose channel and tactic mix for future omnichannel orchestration based on publisher-level performance and orchestration capabilities.

  • Identify HCP-tactic-publisher mappings to guide channel activation strategies and maximize engagement effectiveness.

  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Build dashboards for marketing and leadership teams to monitor omnichannel impact.

  • Support the design and implementation of GenAI-powered solutions to accelerate the generation and consumption of commercial insights to enable faster, more scalable decision-making across the organization.

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in digital and omnichannel analytics.

  • Other duties as assigned including travel as needed.

  • Extensive secondary analytical skills required; ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for business growth.

  • Experience in digital marketing analytics and media measurement.

  • Track record of being a collaborative team player, and adaptive to meet the needs of a growing business.

  • Strong problem solver with experience leveraging a variety of research and analytical vendors, study designs, and building quality research vendor partnerships.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and key business partners.

  • Proven experience in a smaller, rapidly growing, company.

  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines.

  • Ability to represent Revolution Medicines well: strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a tolerance for ambiguity, and a passion for helping cancer patients.
