About The Role
The ADAR provides in-person or virtual education to accounts within their assigned geographies on access and reimbursement topics, focusing on complex accounts such as integrated delivery networks and academic medical centers. They serve as the access lead in business conversations, managing strategy implementation and addressing barriers related to payer policies, billing, coding, and reimbursement. The role involves cross-functional collaboration within NPC and with third-party affiliates, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and company policies.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in pharma/biotech with focus on Patient Services, Market Access, or account management; 2+ years supporting specialty products; experience with complex practices and healthcare systems; knowledge of reimbursement pathways and payer landscape; ability to travel at least 50% within the territory.
Desirable: Experience with C-level presentations, cross-functional collaboration, therapy area expertise, strong communication and business skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is approximately $160,300 - $297,700 annually, with additional benefits including bonuses, stock, and comprehensive health plans. Final compensation depends on various factors including experience and location.
Additional Information
