Qualifications

• LPN or BSN with 3+ years of administrative duties.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education may be substituted.
• RN, Masters in Public Health, Masters in Healthcare Administration, or other applicable degree with direct experience within health care administration and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of student health record and immunization compliance and collection; sit within Norton Medical Center (NMC) and act as a conduit between students and medical professionals.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Collect data regarding NMC utilization; assist with student health insurance plan options, enrollment, and waiver issues; plan for public health crises on campus; assist with budget management.
• Committee Responsibilities: Represent health services on institutional committees and serve as consultant to relevant housing and meal plan committees.
• Public Health Awareness Responsibilities: Maintain communication with local/state health agencies; disseminate health information and guidance to campus; stay updated on health regulations.
