Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in CM&C or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and project management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; good problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and Manufacturing teams through project plans delivering strategic and operational objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional CM&C activities to support launch, supply, and lifecycle management.
• Facilitate governance, risk management, and reporting; ensure alignment with stakeholders across sites.
