Job description

Revolution Medicines is a global, commercial-state oncology company dedicated to discovering, developing and delivering innovative medicines for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. Leveraging its differentiated RAS(ON) tri-complex inhibitor platform, the company is advancing a broad, integrated portfolio of oral RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to directly target the active, cancer-driving state of RAS. Founded on rigorous scientific inquiry and a willingness to challenge long-held assumptions, Revolution Medicines is committed to changing the trajectory of disease for patients with RAS-addicted cancers worldwide.

Our people are united by a shared way of working: follow the science, challenge assumptions, act with urgency and hold ourselves to a high standard of rigor—all in service of patients.

The Opportunity:
  • Collaborating with product leads and study managers, will ensure global clinical demand for RevMed and Non Rev-Med commercial products is accurately reflected within the N-side system on a monthly basis as part of DnOP process.
  • Drive business process standardization, implementation, and training on new processes.
  • Lead end-to-end clinical supply planning for assigned clinical programs and studies, from study start-up through closeout.
  • Support the development of global clinical supply strategies aligned with clinical protocols, enrollment assumptions, dosing regimens, country activation plans, and program timelines.
  • Build and maintain clinical supply forecasts, translating clinical demand into manufacturing, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory requirements.
  • Develop scenario analyses and supply models to evaluate enrollment changes, dose modifications, cohort expansions, geographic changes, and other protocol or operational assumptions.
  • Establish appropriate inventory and safety-stock strategies to maintain continuity of supply while minimizing waste, obsolescence, and expiry risk.
  • Monitor inventory levels, consumption, enrollment trends, expiry dates, and other supply indicators and proactively identify potential shortages or excess inventory.
  • Drive continuous improvement of clinical supply planning processes, systems, metrics, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to performance management, budgeting, and long-range clinical supply planning.
  • Provide guidance and subject-matter expertise to colleagues and cross-functional partners on clinical supply planning and execution.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chain, including substantial experience supporting clinical-stage programs.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing clinical supply planning for complex, global clinical studies. Oncology experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development and the clinical supply lifecycle, including forecasting, manufacturing planning, packaging and labeling, distribution, depot management, inventory management, and returns/reconciliation.
  • Experience developing demand forecasts and scenario models based on enrollment, dosing, treatment duration, randomization, site activation, and other clinical assumptions.
  • N-side forecasting tool experience.
  • Working knowledge of IRT/RTSM systems and their role in clinical supply management.
  • Understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and relevant regulatory expectations governing clinical trial materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify supply risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and develop practical mitigation strategies in a dynamic clinical development environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment where study assumptions and priorities may change rapidly.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supporting multiple clinical programs or studies simultaneously across different phases of development.
  • Experience with oncology or other complex clinical development programs.
  • Experience with global clinical trials and country-specific supply requirements.
  • Familiarity with clinical supply planning, ERP, inventory management, and forecasting systems.
  • Experience establishing clinical supply KPIs, dashboards, or operational performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience improving clinical supply processes and implementing scalable planning practices.
