Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This remote role owns the clinical supply strategy and execution for global studies, with a focus on forecasting, inventory planning, and end-to-end distribution.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply across trial regions while maintaining compliance with global regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8+ years in clinical supply chain and logistics, incl. 5+ years global.
• Experience owning blinded global Phase 2/3 studies with multiple formats.
• Global trial distribution experience across regions; import-license readiness.
• Advanced Excel and forecasting/optimization tools knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, GCP and global regulations.
• Proven leadership to influence teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and supply plans for clinical trials.

• Support sourcing and management of comparator products and supplies.
• Lead the clinical supply strategy for IRT systems from development to execution.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will own the clinical supply strategy and execution for global studies, with a focus on forecasting, inventory planning, and end-to-end distribution. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply across trial regions while maintaining compliance with global regulations. The position also plays a key role in supporting study activation, documentation readiness, and process improvement across the clinical supply function.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts and supply plans for clinical trials
• Monitor inventory levels and implement resupply plans to maintain continuity
• Support sourcing and management of comparator products and ancillary supplies
• Lead the clinical supply strategy for IRT systems from development to execution
• Oversee global distribution, including strategy and compliance with country regulations
• Drive country activation and manage import/export documentation
• Develop distribution metrics and enhance processes for timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 6-8+ years of clinical supply chain and logistics experience, including 5+ years managing global clinical supply
• Proven ownership of complex blinded global Phase 2 or Phase 3 studies with multiple product formats
• Direct experience in global clinical trial distribution across regions, including import-license readiness
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with clinical supply forecasting and optimization tools
• Solid understanding of GMP, GDP, GCP, and global clinical supply regulations
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders
