Role

Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of clinical trial materials for IDEAYA's oncology programs. Objectives include ensuring robust, compliant supply chain operations supporting phase 1-3 global oncology trials, including supply planning, vendor management, packaging, labeling, distribution, return, and destruction of investigational drugs.

Core Responsibilities

• Managing external partners (CMOs, depots, couriers)
• Developing supply policies
• Overseeing IRT systems
• Coordinating global shipments
• Supporting regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or life sciences
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with 7+ years in clinical supply chain, including experience with CMC operations, IRT systems, and global oncology trials
• Supply forecasting and inventory management skills
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP/GCP
• Cross‑functional collaboration and vendor management experience

Preferred

• Certifications like APICS, PMP
• Experience with drug labeling and international shipment
