What You Will Do

This role involves providing high-level consulting services within the Guidehouse Clinical Solutions Practice, focusing on transforming healthcare organizations through digital, virtual, and data analytics solutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-continuum consulting engagements for payer and provider organizations
  • Utilizing industry relationships for sales and client engagement
  • Managing client relationships at the C-suite and operational levels
  • Delivering industry expertise and management consulting
  • Achieving financial and ROI results
  • Building account relationships with key decision-makers
  • Implementing best practices in clinical care, care management, and utilization management
  • Creating client-ready deliverables
  • Mentoring team members
  • Providing leadership within the account and practice
What You Will Need
  • 7-10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, including 3 years in client-facing roles
  • Recent experience in healthcare provider or payer settings at management level
  • Proven ability to lead complex operational and clinical improvement programs
  • Clinical licensure and a Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred
  • Strong financial and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range is $135,000 to $225,000, with compensation based on experience and other factors. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, bonuses, retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, and more.
