University Health is seeking an Assistant Director, Clinical Informatics to transform data into proactive, predictive models that improve care quality, patient experience, and population health. You will partner with executives, clinicians, and staff to evaluate, develop, and optimize clinical programs and the use of data systems.

This role leads reporting, statistical analysis, and measurement of outcomes, costs, and utilization, collaborates with information management teams, and serves as SME

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Midas Certified System Manager Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years in project management, data analysis, or market research.

Mansioni

• Optimizes data into proactive and predictive models to improve care quality and population health.
• Collaborates with leadership, clinicians, and staff to evaluate and improve clinical programs and data use.
• Develops reports and analyses to measure patient outcomes, costs and utilization.
