The Associate Director, Channel Development defines the sales product strategy for multiple lines of business, targeting specific markets and/or segments. This role requires a solid understanding of organizational capabilities across departments.
The role involves developing and executing growth strategies for CenterWell’s MSO (Management Services Organization)/IPA network, leading a team to engage independent primary care practices, and achieving recruitment and membership growth targets. The candidate should have experience in team leadership, provider engagement, closing deals, exceeding goals, and understanding value-based agreements and provider contracting.
The Associate Director will be the subject matter expert on CenterWell’s MSO/IPA product portfolio, supporting strategic deployment and provider partnerships to meet membership and revenue goals. Responsibilities include strategy development, sales support, provider negotiations, and providing executive updates. Building relationships with corporate leadership, partners, and market teams is essential. The candidate should be an expert on MSO relationships and capable of delivering leadership updates on progress and opportunities.

Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Pay range: $138,900 - $191,000/year, with potential bonuses. Humana offers comprehensive benefits focused on well-being and growth.
