Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior Change Management leader to drive organizational change for Collins Aerospace oneRTX PST deployments in the United States. You will manage stakeholder engagement, develop training and communication plans, and coordinate across business units to ensure adoption and readiness.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale transformations, ERP implementations, and CM tools, with travel up to 30%. Excellent collaboration and coaching skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • University degree and 10+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent).
  • Experience in large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of workstreams RTR, OTC, STP or PTS and their impact on processes.
  • Ability to travel 20–30% as needed.
  • 5+ years leading large-scale transformation programs (preferred).
  • PMI/PMO experience and integration of CM in project timelines (preferred).
  • Experience in large, complex environments with multiple landscapes (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management efforts for large-scale ERP deployments.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis and training needs.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to align change activities with milestones.
  • Coordinate across business units on organizational change, training, and communications.
  • Identify stakeholders and manage engagement, readiness, and buy-in.
  • Conduct impact assessments to gauge readiness and effects on stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discussions with leaders to address concerns and drive adoption.
  • Design and deliver targeted communications for workstreams.
  • Ensure workstream training is developed and delivered effectively.
  • Coordinate and standardize champion networks at SBUs.
  • Coach managers on leading teams through change.
  • Measure adoption, identify risks, and address gaps.
  • Collect feedback and adjust CM approaches for better readiness and adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support during go-live and sustainment phases.

Job description

  • Lead change management efforts for the Collins Aerospace oneRTX│PST activity

  • Coordinate across RTX and strategic business unit teams on organizational change management, training, and communications for Collins PST deployments
  • Identify key stakeholders and manage relationships to ensure engagement, readiness, and buy-in
  • Conduct impact assessments to determine change readiness and understand program effects on stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate discussions with business unit leaders and employees to address concerns, manage resistance, and encourage adoption
  • Design and deliver targeted communication plans for workstreams
  • Ensure workstream-specific training is developed and delivered effectively
  • Coordinate and standardize champion networks at the strategic business unit level
  • Coach managers and supervisors on managing teams through change
  • Measure and track change adoption, identify risks, and address gaps
  • Collect feedback and adjust change management approaches to improve readiness and adoption outcomes
  • Provide ongoing support during go-live and sustainment phases
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent)
  • Experience in large-scale ERP implementation projects, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong understanding of at least one key workstream and its impact on business processes: RTR, OTC, STP, or PTS
  • Ability to travel approximately 20–30%
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive organizational change at multiple levels preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Experience in a large, complex business environment with multiple landscapes and clients preferred
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies and integrating change management into broader project timelines and objectives preferred
