Job summary
Lilly Kenosha County (LKC) in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin seeks an Associate Director – Central Automation Engineering to lead the Central Automation team supporting daily manufacturing operations for parenteral filling and packaging. You will drive reliability, compliance, and lifecycle management of automation systems, partnering with Lilly's global automation and IT organizations.

Qualifications
- Minimum B.S. in Engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of automation/process control engineering experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or parenteral manufacturing.
- Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Central Automation team and manage performance.
- Oversee automation portfolio, projects, and lifecycle commitments.
- Ensure compliance for infrastructure including data historians, PLCs, HMIs, DCS and building systems.
- Collaborate with global automation teams to ensure cybersecurity and data integrity.
