Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience; advanced degrees may substitute.
• Experience in employer relations, talent acquisition, or career services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new employer relationships for MiM/MiF.
• Manage employer accounts, conduct outreach, and coordinate events.
• Provide individual career coaching to MiM and MiF students.
• Design workshops and run mock interviews.
• Maintain CRM records and generate reports.
