TEAM Wireless in Denver, CO seeks an Associate Director – Business Sales to lead a high-performing Client Executive team and drive revenue through consultative selling and strategic account management.

You will hire, coach, and manage a team, execute sales strategies, and deliver profitable growth across Verizon business accounts with a focus on new business and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in relevant sales roles with revenue growth.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team of Client Executives.
• Experience selling complex managed network and security solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
