Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) seeks an Associate Director, Business Analysis to drive improvements in platform strategy, project delivery and operational outcomes. This role focuses on better financial performance, greater client value, and enterprise risk reduction.

You will lead root cause analysis, maintain performance tracking systems (OKRs, KPI trees), and guide cross-functional initiatives across technology, client operations and finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable improvements in platform strategy, project delivery and operational outcomes with a focus on better financial performance and client value.
• Develop and maintain systems to track performance (OKRs, KPI trees) and address gaps.
• Lead root cause analysis and mobilize cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Oversee the book of work for the function, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and are delivered effectively.
• Document functional requirements for new capabilities and enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with technology, client operations, finance, and other teams to deliver performance improvements.
