This position is responsible for leading, developing and managing a variety of current and prospective business relationships, sponsorships, and other partnerships in order to ensure client satisfaction. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.What You’ll Do:Support and lead on-site execution of select client events, including B2B customer hosting programs, serving in a visible, client-facing hosting capacitySupport our Strategy, Insights, and Measurement vertical, including the direction of all portfolio strategy projects for the client, showing an ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights and recommendationsLead the performance tracking, measurement, and reporting for all client partnerships across sports and entertainmentContribute to key recap reports covering priority activation and end of year partnership verticalsBe an in-team expert on Wasserman valuation methodologies, tools, and implementationAssists Senior Director in the management, training and professional development of more junior team membersOversee interagency relationships related to job function; work with our THE·TEAM agency team to manage outside agencies and partner to ensure smooth execution of all client programs; mentor and guide status calls, integrate project plans, and moreCan demonstrate experience leading teams through condensed timelines over several time zones, multiple deliverables in parallel, various stakeholders and adhering to a process that ensures deliverable completion and maintains the highest quality possibleOversee, initiate and delegate regular two-way communication between our day-to-day clients, client business units, client brand teams, internal THE·TEAM teams and all external partners and vendors to provide strong client service and set proper client expectationsTake a proactive role to understand Wasserman’s capabilities and service offerings in order to identify opportunities to present new capabilities to the clientsIs comfortable expanding beyond the remit of this particular role and is willing to support and/or help lead new client pitches and play a role in responding to RFPsThink daily about business development and new revenue opportunities with existing clients and potential clientsWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum of a bachelor's degree6+ years relevant experience with minimum 4 years of direct experience in account and project management (preferably in the sports or entertainment field, college sports a plus)Willingness to travel and be on-site at multiple events per year, including some international travelExperience managing B2B customer hosting programming with direct responsibility for guest experience and on-site engagementHigh-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for deck development and performance tracking / calculationsPrevious experience managing a team and balancing multiple external clients / stakeholdersPossesses exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
