THE•TEAM in New York is seeking an Associate Manager, Performance & Insights to support strategic plans across a rotating roster of brand and property clients. You will conduct analyses, develop influential storylines, and craft presentations that translate data into actionable recommendations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in Corporate Sponsorship or Marketing, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, and familiarity with syndicated research tools like Scarborough

Headquartered in Los Angeles, THE•TEAM also has offices in New York, Miami, Carlsbad, Raleigh, Portland, London, Toronto, Dubai, and Mexico City.THE•TEAM is looking for an Associate Manager, Performance & Insights to serve as a key contributor in the development of strategic plans and partnership solutions across multiple THE•TEAM clients. The candidate should be analytically minded and a structured thinker who can creatively solve client challenges across a range of sports and entertainment partnerships (i.e., fashion, film, music, etc.). The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires them to toggle between various partnership capabilities and areas of expertise while supporting a rotating roster of brand and property clients.What You'll Do:Support the day-to-day management of multiple brand and property clients under the supervision of senior team members.Research and synthesize significant amounts of information, conduct analyses, and develop influential storylines and presentations (e.g. strategic plans, market landscapes, partnership point of view reports, etc.).Monitor and analyze ongoing sponsorship and market trends within sports, entertainment and culture. Translate the data trends into key insights and strategic recommendations.Leverage THE•TEAM’s suite of tools to capture, identify and value brand exposure across a range of sponsorship assets.Analyze sponsorship performance across channels and synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations for client reporting.Learn and utilize proprietary sponsorship valuation and measurement models to inform ROI for clients.Script, program, and field custom research surveys with key audience targets to answer specific client objectives.Use syndicated, proprietary and other tools to research, analyze and extract consumer insights to equip clients with recommendations to support internal decision-making.Support the effective project management of allocated projects, working with project leads to determine critical milestones and reporting cadence.Work collaboratively with team members to develop and refine client deliverables, such as presentations, reporting tools, and supporting materials.Maintain a positive and professional relationship with both internal and external clients to grow current business portfolio.Support broader THE•TEAM Global Strategy and Consulting team on inbound and proactive new business opportunities where appropriate.What We're Looking For:Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree1-2 years direct experience or knowledge of the Corporate Sponsorship/Marketing industry either from the Brands or Properties perspectiveMust be proficient in Microsoft Suite, with advanced skills particularly required for PowerPoint and ExcelUnderstanding of syndicated research tools preferred (e.g. Scarborough, GWI)Innate curiosity, proactive thinking and the ability to isolate key insights that will contribute to practical strategic recommendationsWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be able to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle competing prioritiesSuperior interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a rapport with clients and colleagues alikePossess exceptional written and oral communication skillsStrong attention to detail and highly organizedAbility to think creatively and to tell a compelling story, particularly through PowerPoint decksHigh level of initiative and ability to work well independently and in a team environmentAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, deliver on tight deadlines and seamlessly adapt to ambiguity and changing needsRequirement for three (3) days in closest THE•TEAM office locationWhat We Offer:Professional Development: Take advantage of our learning and development programs, mentorship opportunities, and career advancement support.Generous Time Off: Enjoy generous paid time off and holiday allowances to recharge and spend time with loved ones.Parental Leave: We provide paid parental leave to support your family during important life events.Retirement Plan: 401k plan including contribution matching.Healthcare: Medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life and disability coverage options.Ancillary: Critical illness, identity protection, pet insurance, 529 plans and moreCommuter Benefits: Access support for travel and commuting needs, where availableAnnual Discretionary Bonus: Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Base salary range: $48k - $66,300, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
