Beam Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Marketing Promotions to lead end-to-end promotional materials and MLR execution for its gene therapy asset in SCD. You will partner with Brand Strategy, HCP and Patient Marketing, Sales, and agencies in a highly regulated environment.

The role emphasizes digital marketing execution, KPI tracking, and budget management while aligning with brand strategy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma marketing, with 7+ years in rare disease or cell/gene therapies.
• Proven leadership in developing and obtaining MLR approval for promotional materials.
• Experience managing external agencies and multichannel digital campaigns.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and cross-team influence.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of promotional materials from concept through MLR and final production for HCP and patient audiences.
• Drive rollout of approved tactics to sales teams in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations.
• Ensure materials translate brand strategy into clear field tools.
• Lead digital marketing tactics including email, web, and virtual engagement.
• Manage media agencies, optimize channel mix, and measure ROI.
• Monitor performance and propose promotional adjustments based on market dynamics.
