The role focuses on developing frontline leaders, managing area KPIs and budgets, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement in a project-driven operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years biotech/pharma experience with people leadership.
• Preferred: Life Sciences or Engineering degree; Master’s with 6+ years in large pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Lead area operations to meet production goals with right-first-time performance.
• Translate site objectives into clear goals and align with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Own KPIs and budget; forecast needs and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and lead regulatory inspections for the function.
• Develop supervisors and managers; coach performance and foster safety and improvement.
• Collaborate with support groups to remove bottlenecks and drive change management.
• Represent Manufacturing in client interactions and coordinate day-to-day progress.
