UMMC is seeking an Associate Director of Ambulatory Operations for the Transplant Clinic, Suite L, located in the Medical Pavilion. This role collaborates with senior management to plan, direct, and coordinate clinical operations, ensuring policies and procedures support departmental goals.
Required is an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least three years in clinical operations and one year in supervisory leadership.

Degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) and three (3) years of work experience in clinical operations, including one (1) year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
