A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking an Associate Director to manage strategic alliances and corporate initiatives. This role involves fostering relationships, overseeing governance, and ensuring the success of partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pharmaceutical operations and a strong ability to collaborate across functions.
Lead existing strategic alliance partnerships and support cross-functional corporate-level initiatives., objectives, and key results. This individual will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, ensuring alignment of goals, and driving the success of strategic alliances and corporate initiatives. As the primary point of contact for strategic relationships, this person will actively manage alliance partner dynamics and complexities across geographic regions. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the COO and Head of Alliance Management, the Associate Director will support various aspects of the business, driving efficiency and strategic initiatives.
These may include but are not limited to:
Physical Activities: On a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience and education. Crinetics Pharmaceuticals is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. The salary range for this position is: $172,000 - $215,000.
