Power Digital Marketing is seeking an Associate Director of Search Experience to lead a pod of search experts, drive AI-driven insights, and maintain exceptional client outcomes. You will oversee strategy, quality, and growth initiatives while mentoring senior strategists and developers across the Nova ecosystem.

You will sit at the intersection of product and client delivery, shaping the evolution of the Search Experience offering and leveraging Claude, Omega, Iris, and Nova tools to automate

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, 3+ in an agency setting.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with searchexperience execution.
• 3+ years of people management and performance development.
• Strong understanding of search experience within the marketing funnel.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pod of search experience professionals (2–4 direct reports).
• Provide executive-level oversight for client accounts and act as Account Director when needed.
• Drive growth via new business audits, pitches, and opportunity identification.
• Own product quality and evolve the Search Experience offering with AI/Geo/AEO insights.
• Oversee recruitment and talent development to scale the team and ensure client success.
