Qualifications

• 7–10+ years leading SEO/AEO/GEO, digital strategy, or data intelligence functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Communications, CS, DS, IS, or Marketing Tech preferred.
• Experience driving AI governance and marketing technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define, publish and govern the enterprise AEO/GEO strategy across IEEE properties
• Lead governance of structured reference records ensuring Wikidata reflects IEEE and its OUs
• Audit AI crawlers with IT teams and ensure pages are structured for AI extraction
• Embed IEEE framing across third-party sources to influence AI model training data
• Develop and deploy enterprise AI monitoring; track metrics and provide executive reporting
• Assist OUs with localized definitions and entity records
• Shape policies for AI content, governance and brand representation
• Pilot and scale AI use cases in marketing with governance
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage AI/digital projects on a multi-quarter roadmap
