Bristol Myers Squibb Co. is seeking an Associate Director, Agile Strategic Learning Lead to drive portfolio governance and an operating model for a pooled Senior Manager team within WWCL Centre of Excellence.

This leadership role focuses on prioritization, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration across learning functions. The role requires 8–10+ years in learning or capability development in life sciences, plus a Bachelor’s degree and an advanced degree or PM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or Project Management certification preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in learning, commercialization, or capability development, ideally within life sciences; experience launching global programs required.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing a team through a flexible, project-based, or matrixed resourcing model.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Portfolio Governance & Operating Model design, ensuring standard intake and prioritization.
• Manage line for Senior Manager team, coaching and development, with phase-specific assignments.
• Oversee operating model guardrails, quality standards, and alignment with LEAP partnerships.
• Translate capacity, utilization, and delivery data into enterprise performance reporting and value tracking.
• Maintain portfolio visibility and ensure demand management across functional areas.
