Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate Director to lead our Fayetteville, NC Habilitation office. You will drive growth, manage operations, and build a strong team delivering compassionate home health care with reliability and excellence.

The role requires leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on program development, community relations, and staff mentorship within a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in a health care industry or with the developmental disabilities population.
• Experience with I/DD population.
• Proven ability to organize, manage and grow an office and its staff.
• Background in marketing and recruiting.
• Knowledge of NC Innovations waivers and 1915(i) waivers.
• Strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies
