Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Fayetteville Habilitation office and drive growth with strong leadership and strategic oversight. You will mentor staff, build community referrals, and ensure exceptional service while upholding BAYADA values of compassion, reliability and excellence in every interaction.

• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in health care or with developmental disabilities.

• Proven ability to organize, manage and grow an office and its staff.
• Background in marketing and recruiting.
• Knowledge of NC Innovations waivers and 1915(i) waivers.
• Strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies.

Qualifications for an Associate Director:
