As a Digital Sales Associate, you will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies. With top-notch sales training, you'll connect with both new and existing clients to sell products that help millions of employees prepare for retirement.

Your daily focus will include meeting goals related to the number of calls, talk-time, and appointments set. This structure helps you start strong. As you settle into the role, you'll enjoy autonomy, flexibility within your schedule, work-life balance (set schedule Monday -- Friday, no weekends!), and virtual client appointments instead of traveling to offices. + Prior quota-carrying sales experience

+ Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses are a plus; candidates with strong sales skills will be considered pending licensing within 45 days of employment
