Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own and drive the product vertical for our eCommerce and order management platforms. You will partner with delivery teams, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused features and optimize site performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years of digital product management experience, strong analytics, and a collaborative mindset to push initiatives from concept to launch within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related work experience.
• 1-3+ years Digital Product Management experience in eCommerce, Order management, or Digital.
• 1-3+ years Product Development experience for a consumer facing website or digital product, preferably Omnichannel or eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day tasks of the assigned product vertical.
• Define and deliver value-add features with delivery partners.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve.
• Partner with other Product Owners, PDMs and cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and customer experience.
• Collaborate with UX Team to improve site experience, participate in A/B test conversations.
• Ensure tests translate into new site features and launches for customers.
• Participate in agile scrum ceremonies to drive value daily.
• Write user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog for roadmaps.
