Job summary

Goldman Sachs in New York is seeking a Digital Advocate within PWM Product & Design to drive awareness and adoption of PWM products. You will help deploy strategies for socializing new uplifts and major enhancements, enhancing client and advisor experiences through improved platforms and technology.

The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Product and Advisor teams to deliver timely adoption and feedback for continuous improvement, including AI

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in Financial Services, preferably with client-facing customer success.
• Proven history of building relationships across internal stakeholders and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team mindset.
• Ability to track and drive platform growth using data-driven approaches.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem solving.
• High accountability and commitment to delivering quality on time.

Responsibilities

• Laser focused on client and Advisor team needs to exceed expectations.
• Use adoption data to inform product development and user engagement strategy and incentivize adoption.
• Develop training, communications, and adoption strategy across the US with Product and Advisor teams.
• Focus on AI adoption; define and track KPIs with Product teams and tailor adoption to AI tooling.
• Collect feedback and communicate it to Product & Design teams.
• Coordinate with Product and Design teams to craft communications ahead of product launches and uplifts.
