Job summary

Bishop-McCann is seeking an Associate Designer to join our remote US team. You’ll contribute to design across presentations, print, and environmental touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals.

With 1–2 years of design experience, you’ll collaborate with Creative Directors and designers, develop concepts, and help bring ideas to life across events and digital touchpoints. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong design fundamentals demonstrated in a portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Basic file prep for print and digital production.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for client programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Design across presentations, print, digital, environmental, and experiential touchpoints within established creative direction.
• Extend visual identities across presentations, signage, screens, and digital assets.
• Build polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate information clearly.
• Create graphics for screens, stages, and large-format applications with the team.
