Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion design, textiles, or product design.
• 4+ years of experience in design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with PLM systems; licensing/ mass market experience is a plus.
• Portfolio of relevant design work required.

Responsibilities

• Support the design process from concept to final product.
• Maintain all style and design information in the PLM system.
• Collaborate with sales, senior design, and merchandising teams.
• Create design presentations and product specs for new lines.
• Research trends to inform product concepts.
• Develop technical drawings and specifications using PLM.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet specifications.
• Participate in fit sessions to ensure quality.
