Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking an Associate Designer for their kids apparel team. This onsite role supports the full design process from concept to final product, including CAD creation, trend research, and fittings.

You will collaborate across functions to develop BOMs, style detail sheets, and PLM data entry, while showcasing strong sketching, communication, and analytical skills developed over 2+ years in fashion design.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Fashion Design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist across the design process from concept through final product.
• Conduct trend research and competitive shopping.
• Organize mood boards and assist with sample management.
