42 North Dental in Enfield, CT is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a practice focused on delivering high-quality dental care across multiple specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers up to 36% of collections and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and internal CE events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x‑ray and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
