Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in Pennsylvania. You will manage the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office specialties as needed.

Hours are 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, four days per week, Monday–Friday (flexible on days). We offer up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a strong earning potential, with annual compensation estimates from $150,000 to $250,000 USD, plus comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, a

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
