Job summary

42 North Dental in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our patient-centered practice. You will deliver comprehensive dental care, from exams and treatment planning to restorative and surgical procedures, while upholding the highest standards of ethics and patient service.

We offer a competitive salary in the $150,000–$250,000 range with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, comprehensive benefits, continuing education, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and best practices.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
