Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in Pennsylvania to deliver comprehensive dental care from exams to restorative and surgical procedures. The role offers a generous sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a compensation range of $150,000–$250,000 USD per year, with equity opportunities and mentorship within a strong professional network.

You will diagnose and treat patients, educate on oral health, maintain records, and stay current with evolving techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health options and treatment plans.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest standard of clinical care and ethics.
