Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a General Dentist for our Enfield, CT practice. You will oversee the full clinical patient experience from exam and diagnosis to delivery of care, with in-office specialty services available.

A strong patient flow and collaborative team environment support your practice and growth. The role offers a generous compensation package with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, full-time hours, and opportunities for continuing education and mentorship within our network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active or eligible state dental license.
• Current Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health options and risks.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform dental procedures including surgery as needed.
