Job summary

42North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, seeks a skilled General Dentist to join our established practice in Enfield, CT. You’ll oversee the full patient experience from exam to treatment, including in-office services like endodontics and perio surgery.

The role offers a competitive salary range ($180,000–$250,000 annually) with a sign-on bonus up to $15K, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for mentorship and education within a supportive network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B may be required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostics.
• Perform restorative, preventive, and some surgical procedures.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards.
