Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established Enfield, CT practice. You will manage the full patient dental experience from exam to treatment, with access to in-office specialty services. A sign-on bonus of up to $15K is offered, and a strong patient flow supports a meaningful practice.

Responsibilities include preventive care, diagnostics, treatment planning, and collaboration with a network of doctors. Excellent patient care and ethics are expected.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices.
