Job summary

42North Dental in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to lead the patient care journey from initial exam through treatment. You will deliver comprehensive dental services, including in-office specialty procedures in a collaborative network.

Qualified candidates hold a DDS/DMD, a valid state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification. Competitive compensation with strong benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review patient treatment plans and medical/dental records.
• Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA-accredited)

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination documentation
