The role requires a DDS/DMD from an ADA CODA-accredited program, state licensure, and current BLS/CPR. Competitive compensation with an annual rate of $180,000–$250,000 USD and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients.
- Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
- Maintain high quality standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
- Keep up with new developments via continuing education.
