42 North Dental in Enfield, CT seeks a full-time General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care, from initial exams to treatment planning and delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required and licensed to practice dentistry.
• State license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination mandatory.
• Malpractice insurance required.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and update medical/dental records.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
