42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. You will deliver comprehensive dental care from initial exam through treatment, working within a network that emphasizes excellence and collaboration.

This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and access to exclusive continuing education, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires DMD or DDS degree and ADA CODA accreditation.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments via continuing education.
