Job summary

42 North Dental is looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. You will manage the full patient care journey from exam and planning to delivering care, including in-office perio, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics where applicable.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, strong CE opportunities, mentorship, and a growth path within a supportive network community.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from a CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patient records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high quality standards and ethics.
