Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team in the United States. The role encompasses the entire patient care continuum from exam to treatment, including in-office specialties.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with access to exclusive continuing education and a strong mentorship network. The ideal candidate holds a DDS/DMD with an active state license, and is committed to high ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

DMD/DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
Active state license to practice dentistry.
Evidence of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance coverage.
Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention
Diagnose oral diseases
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
Review treatment plan options with patients
Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests
Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development
